What end-to-end transport includes

You hand us your pet — we handle everything else.

From the first call to the meeting at Melbourne airport — every stage is supervised by a single coordinator.

Documents & permits

EU passport, RNAT test, Australian Import Permit, GIW certificate, export certificate — we handle every form.

Vet care & vaccines

Microchipping, vaccinations, blood tests at Australia-accredited labs. Direct work with Poland's Chief Veterinary Officer.

Boarding

If we need to wait for the flight or required dates — your pet stays with us. Clean, calm, supervised.

IATA crate

We size and provide the certified crate to fit your animal. Without one, no airline accepts the pet.

Air transport

Flight booking via Doha, Singapore, Dubai, or Los Angeles. Only proven routes to Melbourne.

Arrival & quarantine

In Melbourne, your pet is received by staff at the government quarantine facility PEQ Mickleham. We coordinate the handover and keep you informed. After 10 days you collect your pet personally.

Step by step

How the relocation works

The full path takes 6–8 months. That's an Australian requirement — we keep the schedule airtight.

1

Consultation & plan

We assess your situation: age, breed, vaccinations, moving date. We build an individual schedule.

Day 0 · free
2

Chip, vaccines, RNAT

We verify the chip, give the rabies vaccine, then 3–4 weeks later draw blood for the RNAT test at an Australia-approved lab.

Month 1–2
3

Import permit

We file with DAFF. We get the Import Permit. Without it Australia won't admit the animal.

Month 3
4

Waiting period (180 days)

Australia requires at least 180 days from a successful RNAT test. We use this window to finalize remaining documents.

Month 3–6
5

Final docs & flight

Final vet exam, GIW signatures, flight booking, IATA crate, drop-off at airport. We stay in contact during the entire flight.

Month 6–7
6

Melbourne arrival & quarantine

At Melbourne airport, your pet is received by staff at the government quarantine facility PEQ Mickleham. 10 days of quarantine — Australia's mandatory requirement. Then — your reunion.

Month 7–8 · final
Why us

A narrow specialty — that's our edge.

01 Only difficult destinations

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, UAE — countries with the strictest veterinary protocols. We know these regulations by heart, we don't ship to dozens of easy countries.

02 15 years on one route

Over the years we've seen every edge case: flight delays, regulation changes, complex situations.

03 One contact — the whole journey

You're not bounced between departments. From first call to Melbourne arrival — one person.

04 Direct line to GIW

We work directly with Poland's Chief Veterinary Officer. Documents follow a verified protocol — no delays.

05 Transparent on quarantine

In Melbourne, your pet is received by the government quarantine facility PEQ Mickleham. We explain all procedures, timelines, and conditions in advance — no surprises.

06 Transparent pricing

One package — one invoice. No surprise fees. What we quote is what you pay.

Who we are

From Kraków — to where your new life waits.

We're based in Kraków and we've been doing one thing for fifteen years — relocating cats and dogs to Australia and other countries with strict quarantine requirements. It's a narrow, technically demanding specialty.

"We know it's not cargo to you. It's family. So we work the way we'd work with our own."

We file every document, run the veterinary timeline, liaise with the Chief Veterinary Officer, book the flight, boarding, IATA crate. In Melbourne your pet is received by the government quarantine facility PEQ Mickleham — an official process, no middlemen.

Frequently asked

What to know in advance

How long does relocation take?+

The full cycle is 6–8 months. It's Australia's requirement: 180 days must pass from a successful rabies RNAT test.

How much does it cost?+

The final price depends on weight, crate size, route, and season. After a short call we give a fixed total with no hidden fees.

What do I do, what do you do?+

You hand the pet to us in Poland. We handle vet, documents, GIW, crate, flight, Australian formalities. In Melbourne, your pet is received by staff at the government quarantine facility PEQ Mickleham. After 10 days of quarantine, you collect personally.

Which breeds are restricted?+

Australia doesn't admit: American Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa. There are also constraints on brachycephalic breeds (pugs, bulldogs).

What if I don't live in Kraków?+

Not a problem. We work nationwide in Poland. We can pick up the pet from your home or arrange a convenient handover point.

What about food and water in flight?+

The crate has a water dispenser. Food goes 4 hours before departure — IATA guidance. On layovers the airline ensures water access.

We hesitated for a long time — it's so far, so scary. From the first call Mikhail gave us confidence: he calmly explained every step and kept us informed the whole way. Our Simba handled the flight beautifully, and after quarantine he was just like at home. Truly grateful for the human approach and professionalism!
